In room with 3 bed, 2 adult + 2 kids = 50 % discount for sleeping for  children to 12 years.

For childern to 2 years, sleeping = GRATIS.

If the kids under 7 year sleep with parents in same bed in double room,  they pay:

Allowance for stay less 3 days is +30 %

For house pet (cat, dog) you must pay 8,00 € per day (in restaurant not allowed).
The use of the air conditioning is charged an additional 7,00 EUR per day.  

Tourist tax:

01.04. - 30.09 = 2,50 €

other months = 1,50 €

   

Children under 12 years do not pay tourist tax.
Children from 12 - 18 years pay half tourist tax.

Reservation cancellation

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which we  receive a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows:

1. For the cancellation more than 60 days prior the arrival, the charge  is 10% of the full price of the reservation. 
2. For the cancellation in the period between 60 and 31 days prior the  arrival , the charge is 20% of the full price of the reservation. 
3. For the cancellation in the period between 30 and 7 days prior the  arrival, the charge is 50% of the full price of the reservation. 
4. For the cancellation in the period between 7 and 0 days prior the  arrival, the charge is 100% of the full price of the reservation. 
5. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the  service of the accommodation after it began, the charge is the full  price of the reservation.
